Before you begin
If you have not added your receipts or distances to a report, you will need to do this first.
See Creating Reports for information on how to create a report.
See Moving Receipts for information on how to move existing receipts into a newly created report.
iOS or Android app
In the app, you can export or share a report via the Share tab:
Options
You can select one or more options for exporting the report's data:
Full PDF Report
- a PDF summary report with receipt images attached at the endPDF Report - Images Only
- a PDF file containing receipt images onlyCSV File
- a CSV file containing data on the receipts, without receipt imagesZIP - Receipts Files
- a ZIP file containing receipt images as separate filesZIP - Receipt Files with Metadata
- a ZIP file containing a PDF summary report without receipt images, plus receipt images as separate files
Exporting
Once you have selected your preferred export format, press the Share button in the bottom middle to generate the export file:
If you select a single PDF file to export (full report or images only), you will see a preview and the following options:
Page layout (landscape or portrait)
Print
Share (opens the device's sharing menu)
In all other cases, the device's sharing menu will be opened, and you will be able to select how to share it, e.g. send via email or messenger, open via a certain application, save to device, etc.
Web portal
In the web interface, go to the Reports tab to find the report you want to export:
You can export a report via its card (click the ⋯ button and select Share):

Options
The web interface currently supports the following export formats:
CSV File
- a CSV file containing receipt data, without attached imagesPDF file
- a PDF summary report without receipt images
Additional export formats are available through the mobile app.
