I'm Having an Issue, Should I Uninstall and Reinstall?

Do not uninstall and reinstall the Smart Receipts app unless we specifically instruct you to β€” doing so will result in full data loss.

Instead, please contact us for support:

  1. Tap the 3-lines icon in the top left of the app.

  2. 2. Tap Settings β†’ Support β†’ Ask Support.

  3. 3. Please remember to leave the app log file and device information in the body of the email so we can assist you more effectively.
