If you can no longer see your data on either of the devices, there is a possibility that we can recover the data from your database file.
iOS
To access the database file, please open the Files app.
Go to the Browse tab, select "On My iPhone", and locate the Smart Receipts folder.
The file we need is receipts.db.
Android
To access the database file, please connect your phone to a computer.
Once the phone is connected, please open the phone's internal storage, and go to Internal storage\Android\data\wb.receipts\files .
The file we need is receipts.db (might show up as just "receipts" on your computer).
