Determining Your Subscription Plan and Status

How to tell if your Smart Receipts account is on a free, LITE, PRO, or MAX plan, and when it expires

This article describes how to check your Smart Receipts subscription status.

iOS or Android app

To check the current status of your subscription, tap the ≡ menu button.

If you have a paid account, you will see your subscription plan and its expiry date above the Sign out button:

If there is no subscription status with an expiry date listed, you are using a Free account.

Web portal

Please note that access to the web portal requires an active PRO or MAX subscription.

To view your current subscription status, visit: https://smartreceipts.co/subscriptions/.

You can also access this menu by clicking the Account button in the upper-right corner and selecting Subscriptions.

If the page prompts you to purchase an upgrade instead of displaying your subscription details, your account is likely using either the Free plan or a LITE subscription. In this case, please use the iOS or Android app to verify your current plan.
