Subscriptions made via mobile apps are managed by the app store on your device.
Important: When you delete your account or uninstall the app, your subscription is not canceled automatically.
You can find the instructions to cancel your subscription on the corresponding store’s help center page.
iOS
To cancel a subscription purchased through the iOS app:
In the Settings app, tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap the subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription.

To cancel a subscription purchased through the Android app:
On your Android device, go to subscriptions in Google Play.
Select the subscription you want to cancel.
Tap Cancel subscription.

To cancel a subscription purchased through the web portal, please contact Support. Make sure to include the email address associated with your account.
