How to Contact Support

Contacting Smart Receipts support through chat, app or email

You can contact Support using any of the following methods:

Through the app (recommended)

The best way to contact us is through the application on your phone, since this option automatically generates a log file for us to review.

  1. Tap the menu button (top left).

  2. Tap Settings.

  3. Tap Support.

  4. Tap Ask Support.

  5. This should take you to your email application and generate a draft.

  6. Add your question or a description of your issue, including any relevant screenshots.

  7. Send the message.

Via chat

If you have a short question or suggestion, you may want to contact us through the chat application. You should be able to open the chat window via the chat icon at the bottom right on this page:

Through email

Alternatively, you can simply email us at [email protected].

Please be sure to include all relevant information, including screenshots or screen recordings, so that we can assist you as fast as possible.

Please note that we currently do not offer phone support or remote sessions.
