Did you generate a report on an Apple device and not receive the email? Your report may be too large β you will need to generate and share it with a third-party service such as Google Drive, iCloud, or OneDrive. This would be an email provider limitation on size and not a Smart Receipts issue.
Make sure you have set your Default Send Email Address for your device, as this is the address Smart Receipts will use to email the report from.
To change the default send email address on iOS:
Open the Settings app.
2. Choose Mail App.
3. At the bottom, choose Default Account.
4. Choose the email address you want to use from the list. If it isn't listed, go back one screen and select Accounts. Choose Add Account and follow the instructions to add your account. After the account is added, go back to Default Account to select it from the list.
5. After the email is selected in Default Account, go back into Smart Receipts and generate a file. Choose Email to see if the send address has been updated successfully.
